Terms of service
Last updated 31 October 2026
These terms apply to the emglue website and to our games, such as Parallume. The games and this site are made by emglue. By playing a game or using its online features you agree to them. If a store you got the game from has terms of its own, such as Google Play, those apply as well.
Playing our games
You may install and play our games for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer them, or extract their levels, art or sound, except where the law allows it.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the store you got the game from, such as Google Play, and its terms and refund policy apply. A purchase unlocks content for your account with that store; it has no cash value. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
Online features
Leaderboards and the daily puzzle are free and optional. When you use them:
- Pick a nickname that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else and contains no personal details. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks this. To report one, write to hello@emglue.com.
- Play fair. Every result is checked by replaying it, and we may remove results that come from cheating, modified games or automated play, and block the account that sent them.
- We try to keep the online features running, but we can't promise they are always available, and we may change or end them. The rest of the game keeps working without them.
How we handle the data involved is in the privacy policy. You can delete your online data at any time.
Ownership
The games, this website and their content belong to emglue. Names and trademarks of others belong to their owners.
No warranty
The games are provided as they are. We work to make them good and bug-free, but as far as the law allows, we give no warranty and are not liable for indirect damage or lost data, such as lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you may go to the courts there. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when a game gets a new feature. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
