Delete your Parallume data

Parallume, by emglue, keeps an anonymous online account for its leaderboards and daily puzzle. You can delete it, with everything stored with it, in two ways.
In the game
Open Settings, tap Delete online data, then tap it again to confirm. The account and all its results are deleted from our server at once, and online scores are turned off on your device.
Without the game
If you no longer have the game, email hello@emglue.com with the subject "Delete my Parallume data", your nickname and roughly when you last played. We may ask a question to make sure we delete the right account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- your online account and its account key
- your nickname
- all your results on every leaderboard and daily puzzle, and your daily puzzle start times
Copies in our server's backups are gone within 30 days, when those backups are removed.
What is kept
Anonymous play statistics are kept for up to two years. They contain no account, device or other identifier, so they cannot be linked to you or deleted for you. Progress and settings saved on your phone stay there until you uninstall the game or clear its data. See the privacy policy for details.
